VULNERABLE DISPLACEMENT

This series is a culmination of my undergraduate work from Mississippi State. Creating and developing the idea for this body took a great amount of research and experimentation. With the help of my thesis committee: Marita Gootee, Dominic Lippillo, and Benjamin Harvey, I completed this series in March of 2012. Below I have included the artist statement along some of my favorite photographs from the series.

Hello All!
 It has been a while since working with a blog, however, I'm up for the challenge. This will be my place to share with the world my inner thoughts. I will be sharing all sorts of information that I feel is important to the rest of my fellow bloggers. Most importantly, I will keep you all updated on my photography career. I just accomplished a huge step in getting where I want to go. I was awarded a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree with a concentration in photography from Mississippi State University. Up next, I'm not sure, but I'm going to keep pushing myself and see where it takes me.
